One mid-range engagement can return 32× your first-year platform cost.
First-year cost on the Practice tier is $7,000 ($6,000 access plus the $1,000 one-time onboarding fee). A single mid-range client engagement is about $225K of consulting revenue potential; even the conservative case, about $135K, is roughly 19× that cost. These are estimates, not guarantees: results depend on client size, gap severity and your delivery capability. The methodology is the multiplier.

Common questions

What partners ask
before they apply.

What do I pay, and when?
At sign-up you pay a one-time $1,000 onboarding fee and we save your card. Your monthly access fee (your tier's annual price divided by 12) starts when you create your first client organization in the partner portal, or 120 days after sign-up if you haven't yet, whichever comes first. We email you at day 60 and day 90. There is a 12-month minimum from the date monthly billing starts, and your price is locked for 24 months.
What if I need more assessments than my tier includes?
Each tier includes a set number of client assessments per contract year (Practice 2, Growth 6, Firm 15). When you start one beyond that, the portal shows the additional-assessment price for your tier and asks you to confirm before your card is charged. You can also move up a tier by contacting info@itomac.com.
Can I use the partner license to assess my own company?
No. The partner license is for assessing your clients. Your own firm, its affiliates and organizations you own or control need a direct OpsAlign license (see opsalign.ai for pricing). Commission is not paid on licenses you buy for yourself.
Do my clients see OpsAlign branding?
Everything you hand to a client — SOW documents, narrative reports and PPTX decks — uses your firm's legal name and address, configured at account setup. You run the assessment from your partner portal; your clients are not given workspace logins. The OpsAlign methodology remains OpsAlign IP.
How does the 10% SOW return work?
When a Statement of Work you deliver originates from — or is materially supported by — an OpsAlign assessment finding, 10% of the project revenue is remitted to ITOMAC Inc. within 30 days of you receiving cleared client payment. This applies to SOWs where the assessment was the primary or contributing basis for the project scope. The 10% is explicitly agreed to during onboarding and is part of the consultant licensee agreement.
What is the 33.3% commission on licenses?
If you introduce a client or any organization to the OpsAlign annual platform license and they become a paying licensee, you earn one-third (33.3%) of each license payment ITOMAC receives from them, paid within 30 days of us receiving cleared funds. Commission follows the payments: for a multi-year license billed in two installments, you earn on each installment as it arrives. You don't need to be running their assessment for this to apply, but the introduction must be identified to us before they purchase. It does not apply to licenses for your own firm.
Do I need E&O insurance to apply?
Yes. Active Errors & Omissions (Professional Liability) insurance is required to become a licensed OpsAlign consultant partner. Policy details are self-reported at onboarding. ITOMAC reserves the right to request a current ACORD 25 certificate of insurance at any time during your active license period. If you're working toward coverage, reach out to info@itomac.com and we can discuss a path forward.
How long is my price locked?
Your monthly fee is locked for 24 months from the date monthly billing starts. Partner pricing at sign-up is limited to the first partners we onboard, and later partners pay a higher rate. After your 24 months, ITOMAC may change the fee on 60 days' written notice.
